It has been often quoted that no change can occur without suffering and no creation without destruction. Devidas Thakur (Vidyut Jammwal) recalls his gunshot childhood as he flies back from Singapore for his mother’s birthday. Set in the neon world of the 90’s, it explores the lives of the Thakur family on one end, as their loyalties and principles are tested and their crime filled lives catch up with them. And on the other end it witnesses the birth of a new family, that of Devidas Thakur and his beloved Pari, from exactly such a tumulus environment
