The soul of a creator is always drawn by an indescribable desire,which is like a prairie fire that constantly consumes the fuel of life. Various flashes of inspiration in daily life can be sparks that ignite a fire. The 26th Taipei Literature Award is themed "Born from Fire," inviting Chinese literary creators from around the world to transform the fire of their souls into moving words, radiate light, and share it with the world. 　　In addition to the participation of creators from all over the country, this year's Taipei Literature Award also includes manuscripts from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Ireland, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, France, Australia, the Philippines, South Korea, China and other regions. A total of 1,902 works competed for the award, the largest number of submissions since the inception of the Taipei Literature Award. After preliminary review, re-review and final review, a total of 23 excellent works were selected. We have compiled these works into a book and hope that all Chinese literature lovers will share it with us
