Description:

The villains Piggy, Bub, and Crunky, shrunken to flea size, continue to wreak havoc. Dr. Scum from the first book reappears with his Robo-Time Factory and attacks with his bandit balls. Petey's robot rat transforms into the Hungry Caterpillar and springs a surprise. The Supa Buddies 80-HD, Dog Man, and Little Petey help Petey hunt the criminals. Not to be forgotten is Big Jim, who becomes Commander Chicken and ultimately brings about a change for the better.
