Wie Grischa mit einer verwegenen Idee beinahe den Weltfrieden auslöste
Description:
His boss would never have dreamed that Grischa, this shy assistant on the Planning Commission, would be prone to subversion and hatch a—admittedly—rather ingenious plan to get their ailing organization onto a new, surprisingly lucrative source of funding. "Organization" in this case refers to an entire country. Perhaps it was because Grischa has a somewhat idiosyncratic taste in film, blending American drug-mafia thrillers with socialist heroic epics? But the most astonished of all is the West Berlin police chief, when chaotic scenes unfold at the Invalidenstrasse border crossing—on the wrong side, no less! Hundreds of young people want to cross over to the East, as if magic were at work. When the government in Bonn gets wind of it, the situation becomes critical.
