Piccolo is a small pug with a big heart. He lives in beautiful Venice with Signora Rosa, a famous, elderly opera singer who loves music and has a penchant for colorful dresses and even more colorful glasses. They enjoy strolling through the city’s alleys and canals, taking boat trips, and meeting up with Rosa’s best friend, Wilma. But then Wilma moves away from Venice—and the lightheartedness leaves Signora Rosa’s life along with her. She feels lonely and sad, and even loses her joy in those colorful dresses and glasses. Piccolo knows one thing for sure: Signora Rosa needs a new friend. And he is going to find the perfect person for her! His search will be a success—and not just for Signora Rosa.
