Description:
Lệ was a peculiar child from birth. During a full-moon offering ritual, she pointed toward the street and told her grandmother, "There are so many people out there." Her grandmother dismissed it as mere childish chatter—until it began happening repeatedly. Lệ’s father and grandmother took her to see a healer named Ba Gà to treat her "spirit-related affliction." Years later, as Lệ grew up and faced a major crisis, the condition resurfaced. A man named Thất appeared to help her and directed her to a spiritual master. The master told her that her condition was a gift—and that another gift was soon to come. Yet, that very gift caused her and her father to lose their home and relocate. In their new surroundings, however, that same gift allowed her to vindicate the spirit of someone who had suffered a painful death.
