Nam ui t'aim sullip
Description:
It was the dead of winter during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. While escorting a drunk individual to the local police substation with friends, Eun-woo met "Ryu-nam." He was just a boy, clad in nothing but a school uniform, clutching his fingers which had turned bright red from the cold. Seeing the fear in his eyes, Eun-woo pretended to be his older cousin, took him out of the station, and sent him home. However, a few hours later, she found Ryu-nam collapsed in the playground in front of her house, covered in snow and on the verge of losing consciousness. Seized by sudden alarm, she ended up taking him into her home. Ryu-nam claimed to be from the 21st century--specifically, a student who had gotten lost while on a school trip from a future a hundred years away. Eun-woo found it hard to believe, but the scars covering his body weighed on her heart, so she decided to let him stay for a few days. During that time, he took over the household chores and slowly became a part of Eun-woo's life--a life she had kept devoid of love out of a fear of abandonment. One day, amidst their strange cohabitation, Eun-woo received devastating news: her two-year-old nephew, who she cherished like her own child, had contracted COVID-19 and was in critical condition. Ryu-nam held the devastated Eun-woo, told her how to save her nephew and to "just hold on for two years," before dissolving into foam and vanishing. Thanks to this, her nephew Hana made a miraculous recovery, and two years later, the pandemic ended just as he had predicted. Then, one day--while Eun-woo was still living with the lingering ghost of Ryu-nam in her memory--he reappeared before her, looking exactly as he had when he vanished. "Noona... did you happen to forget me?"
